Coming from Wum in the NorthWest Region,  Ekah Stephanie Tum Fonachi was born on the 2nd of December 1987. She is still and upcoming actress with imense skills. She attending Primary school at St Joseph Catholic School Mvog-Ada Yaounde, She later on attended Secondary school at PSS Mankon and at Lycee Bilingue Essos Yaounde. She went to High school at PCHS Mankon Bamenda. (Pro). Stephanie also went to Trust-tech Institute of Technology Buea, and Cambridge International college Buea.

 

 She made her first appearence on set for the movie The Giant Broom in 2005 where she had a minor role.

 

Stephanie has featured in two great movies as well, Pink  Poison by Agbor Gilbert, starring Jim Iyke and Viri by Nkanya Nkwai starring Desmond Wyte and Alenne Menget where she played the role of Lisa. 

 

In the Cameroon Film Industry, she has a lot of admiration for Yijiki Solange though she doesn't know her personally and much respect for Alenne Menget whom she had fun acting with. Outside of Cameroon, she looks up to actors like Sanaa Latan and Genevieve Nnaji.

 

Fonachi Stephanie apart from acting works in an oil company in Douala Cameroon where she is based and happily married where God has blessed her with 2 lovely boys.
